Here is what I know for sure:

Season 4 will debut in Japan on April 7th. The tentative title called "Digimon Scanners" was changed to "Digimon Frontier".  There will be 5 main characters, 4 boys and 1 girl. They will be able to scan barcodes off their cards to be able to transform into Digimon!  I've found this information from Megchan's, and I figured you could use it on your site.

~ New form "Hybrid" that surpasses "Mega"

~ New attribute "Variable".
~ New evolution system that uses "Spirit".
~ New cards contain bar codes (that will be used in the new toys (digivices), games etc).
~ The Digivice is called a D-Scan.
  

Plot:

The Digital World was in danger of perishing. A world governed by the 3 Great Angel Digimon. But one of them, Cherubimon, revolted. The balance of the Digital World was destroyed, and it began to disintegrate.

The 10 legendary warriors who in ancient times had saved the Digital World in exchange for their own lives no longer existed. In this most dangerous time, the spirits of the legendary warriors are presenting a new power to the children of a different world...the real world heroes, Takuya and the others, entered the Digital World and themselves became Digimon, embarking on a journey of battle and adventure!!"
